  • In 2019, Founding Partners funded and assisted in the launch of Baycrest@Home.

  • We also recognized the need to assist families in tackling the challenges impacting the safety, health and quality of life for their loved one.

  • 90% of clients express improvements to quality of live and report satisfaction and value of the program.

Our geriatric specialists offer professional coaching, counselling and advice to assist families in getting the most out of our services:

A variety of dementia-inclusive live and virtual social and therapeutic programming.
