Throughout the “Match My Gift” campaign, I have been overjoyed with the number of generous people who are stepping forward to make a difference.

So many people care about our seniors; care about finding a cure for Alzheimer’s and dementia, and care about funding a world-class organization leading the way in several areas of brain health and aging research.

People from all walks of life – young and old – have made donations in the past few weeks. Some people have chosen to give in honour of a loved one while others have contributed to care and research aimed at preserving cognitive function and combatting memory loss. As this “Match My Gift” campaign winds down, know that the crucial work being done at Baycrest continues to happen year-round. The benefits and breakthroughs that take place consistently demonstrate why this institution is so important, and why our support must endure.
