Anne Max
Elaine Kohn is a registered social worker who has worked at Baycrest for 20 years. Elaine has a special interest in working with family caregivers who care for an individuals with dementia. She has facilitated educational information sessions, as well as co-facilitated psycho/educational support groups. With ongoing social work support, education and positive strategies for care, Elaine promotes caregiver well-being and health.
 
Anne Max is a registered social worker who has been at Baycrest for over 22 years. Anne is a member of a team that provides counselling and support to caregivers in the community who are caring for family members experiencing cognitive and physical challenges.
